02 · The Challenge

The Challenge

Vijay Transmission sells to power utilities and contractors, and a good share of that business sits outside India. Buyers there usually start with a Google search for a product and a country. If a supplier doesn’t show up, it isn’t on the shortlist.

In June 2025, the month the new site went live, it had 2 sessions from organic search. From July to September 2025, 91% of organic visitors were in India, and Google showed the site only 708 times to people searching from anywhere else.

03 · The Approach

The Approach

A new website only helps if Google can read it, and if buyers abroad find something worth reading. So we worked on three things at once: a sound technical base, a proper page for every product line, and regular content written for the markets Vijay Transmission wants to sell into.

04 · Process

What We Actually Did

01

Technical SEO

We built the site, so we set it up for search from day one: clean URLs, sitemaps, indexing checks in Search Console, and fixes as Google crawled the new pages.

02

Product pages

Every product line got its own page. The new gantry structures and cross arm pages went from outside the top 100 to Google’s first page.

03

Content

A blog, case studies and an events section. Posts cover what buyers ask about, from line accessories to galvanizing, plus pieces written for buyers in Africa.

04

Market tracking

31 rank checks since August 2025 for every search in every market, so we could see which countries were moving and where the next piece of content should go.
