The Journey of the ‘StuckAtTheWrongJob’ Campaign
The journey of this campaign began with a clear objective: to inspire individuals to pursue their passions and break free from career constraints. Henry Harvin, an ed-tech platform renowned for its upskilling and reskilling programs, sought to communicate the importance of choosing the right career path in an engaging and relatable way.
To achieve this, we collaborated with Chetan Bhagat, a thought leader and author known for his deep understanding of the aspirations and struggles of young professionals. The result was the ‘StuckAtTheWrongJob’ campaign, a humorous yet poignant take on what happens when someone finds themselves stuck in the wrong career.
In the campaign’s centerpiece, a Digital Video Commercial (DVC), Bhagat portrays a quirky police inspector approached by a couple looking to report their missing son. Instead of following the usual procedures, Inspector Bhagat spins the situation into a dramatic, Bollywood-esque storyline, symbolizing the narrative twists and turns that many face in their professional lives. The ad cleverly transitions from this humorous scenario to promote Henry Harvin’s diverse courses, which are designed to help individuals escape the confines of unsuitable careers and discover their true passions.
