Job Description:
- Execute the Client Servicing Function of the Agency.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with client in case of requirement.
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client
- Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary.
- Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services
- Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history
Special Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills are essential
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment
- A good eye for details
- Dynamic, self-motivated with a positive attitude to work, Patience, High Client orientation and business common sense
Preferred Candidate:
- Looking for a candidate from the Digital Marketing Agency /Advertising Industry / Media Industry with min 1+yrs experience into Client Servicing.
- Exposure to digital world will be an advantage
